Angus Creighton
- One of the Deacons -
Angus is retired from a career in social work, latterly working with
the prison service in Scotland. Despite the appeal of retirement,
Angus redirected his energy into serving as the European Envoy
of Prison Fellowship International - a worldwide organisation
working with prisoners, their families and their victims. In this
role he was constantly travelling all over Europe. He has now
finished his term as the envoy but still keeps the church well
informed about the progress that PFI is making. He has been part
of the church since its earliest days in Calderwood and serves in
the ministry of pastoral care, men's outreach and a variety of other
significant areas. He is married to Isobel and they have a married
daughter and two adored grandchildren
